Reservations
To validate a reservation, our customers must send proof of payment and the following information:
Full name
Birthday date
Identity number or passport number
CPF
Address / Neighborhood / City / Zip Code
Phone
E-mail
Entry time / flight number (if air)
Departure time of the property
Name of other guests (if any);
Forms of payment, reservations, rent and deposit
To reserve one of our properties, we need a deposit to confirm the reservation of 50% of the total rent. The rest of the rent will be charged at check-in before entering the property.
Payment for the 50% of the reservation can be made by bank transfer / deposit, credit card or cash payment at Check In.
Payment for the remainder of the rent + cleaning fee must be made in cash, upon signing the contract and handing over the keys.
We do not accept checks; If the client does not want to pay this amount in cash, he has the possibility to make a bank transfer or payment via credit card with, this transfer must be made up to 7 days before the date on which he wishes to enter the property.
We always require a confirmation of the transfer via email.
Your reservation will be validated as soon as the Vila do Sol Praia Grande Ubatuba reservations department sends you a confirmation email.
If, for any reason beyond the control of our administration, the leased property is no longer available, we offer our customers the choice of a similar property or the full refund of all amounts paid.
Check-in
Check-in time: 14h to 22h
The client is obliged to inform us of his arrival time and to give us his contact number. Without this information, check-in cannot be done. In the Check-in process, the customer will have to call our check-in department (available 24/7), (+ 55-12) 996154428, up to thirty minutes before arriving at the property. After receiving the call, one of our employees will wait for the guest at the entrance to the reserved property.
It is only allowed to enter before 2 pm if the apt is free with the payment of an extra night.
For check-ins between 10 pm and 6 am, you must communicate 12 hours in advance.
Checkout
Check-out time: 6am to 11am
An employee from Vila do Sol will meet the client in his apartment (the time will be scheduled in advance in the lease), in order to examine the property, receive the keys with the apartment intact.
It is only allowed to leave after 11am if the fit is free with the payment of an extra night.
Cancellation and reservation changes
In case of cancellation or no show, the deposit amount of the reservation will not be refunded. There will be no refund of rent or deposit if the guest decides to leave the apartment before the deadline. Changes to the booking dates will only be allowed with written confirmation from Vila do Sol.
Vila do Sol has the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement, without any refund of amounts paid by the customer, if one of the following cases occurs: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum defined on our website, disturbance of neighborhood peace and / or violation of condominium rules, organization of parties, consumption of illicit drugs, domestic animals without our permission, failure to pay full rent or security deposit.
Vila do Sol assumes no responsibility for any connectivity problems or inconveniences resulting from WiFi internet. These services are provided by telecommunications companies and are beyond our control. In case of problems and disturbances with Internet connectivity or TV signal, there will be no refund of the rent payment.
Our guests' responsibilities and obligations
The guest assumes full responsibility for the property he has rented as well as for any item belonging to the condominium. The same is applicable for other residents and visitors. The customer and all apartment occupants and visitors must comply with the condominium regulations and rules. Fines imposed by the condominium management for non-compliance with the rules will be immediately paid by the customer. In addition, they may also lead to a premature termination of the rental agreement without any refund.
Visitors
Visitors will only be allowed to enter with authorization from the Vila do Sol administration.
Forum
The contracting parties elect the District Court of Ubatuba, São Paulo.
